METHOD OF PREPARATION:
FOR POWDER:
Take 1 table spoon (2 grams) of Organic Amla Tea Powder. Put it in 110ml of water, boil for 5 minutes, infuse for 2min. Strain the tea into cups. Remove the strainer add sweetner (diabetic patients can add sugarfree tablets or honey, Non-Diabetic can add sugar)as per the taste and stir the tea well. Should not add milk to Organic Amla Tea.

For Diabetic : Two cups daily (Morning & Evening)
For Non-diabetic : One cup daily (Morning or Evening)
