Usage

Cup can be inserted into your  cavity with the help of two methods. The important part here is to make sure that the opening of the cup is folded as small as it can be. The two ways are:

C-Fold

Hold the cup in your hand horizontally. Flatten it by pressing and holding in the middle. Fold in half to form a C-shape at the mouth of the cup. Insert it in your  cavity. It should open in a while and if it doesn't, try rotating the cup inside so as to open it.

Punch-down Method

Hold the cup in your hand so that the knob of the cup is towards your palm. Punch down one side of the cup-mouth towards the knob. Insert it in your  cavity. It should open in a while and if it doesn't, try rotating the cup inside so as to open it.

Storage and Handling Instructions

 At the beginning of each period 

•  
  • ·         First wash the cup with mild non-fragrant soap
  • ·         Then use hot water to sterilize it for 8 – 10 mins.
  • ·         Always remember to sterilize the cup before your periods.

 During period

  Remove the cup from the  cavity and rinse it thoroughly in fresh running water.

 Can even wash it with warm/hot water with the soap strips provided or with a mild soap.

 Note: Virgins to consult a gynecologist before using the menstrual cup.
