    You delivered the same on 12th January 2016 but from 12th to till now I have unable to install to chimney. As per your installation process ( TWO Services FREE in 1 Year FOR QUERIES :- Installation & Service :- +91 8467044447 Visit our official website :- www.eleganthomeappliances.com ) I tried to contact with the number 8467044447 but every time one cumputer voice tell " All the executives are busy and we have record your number and we will contact you shortly..." like this. Now my question (1) Is there any service center of Elegant Germeny in Kolkata ? (2) How I install my Chimney ? ( 3) Who will Install the same ? (4) Am I install the same by out side service man ? (5) If yes, then if I found the product is not good or broken or not in service condition then who will responsable ? I am waiting for your reply. Thanks and Regards Anagh Sashi Dey
