This cleaner is made with biodegradable wetting agents, solvents, and alkalis to remove grease, oil, wax, dirt, and grime, and it is free of phosphates and caustic substances. It helps remove blood and grass stains from most fabrics, and it can be diluted with water in different ratios for a variety of cleaning applications. (Testing fabrics for colorfastness is recommended.) This cleaner has a 12.0 pH and non-ionic active ingredients for a neutral electric charge to resist rust and help inhibit bacteria growth during the cleaning and drying process. The cleaner complies with Environmental Protection Agency / Occupational Safety and Health Administration (EPA/OSHA) standards for volatile organic compounds (VOC) levels.
