  • Q- What is eCOD? eCOD is the new payment method which, gives the ease to ‘Pay Anytime’ until the Order is delivered. With this option, you can choose to pay by Cash or Online, on or before delivery.
  • Q- How is eCOD different from COD? COD restricts you to pay by Cash at the time of delivery. However, eCOD gives the flexibility to pay by Cash or Online, on or before delivery.

  • Q- Where can I pay through eCOD? After confirming your order, you will get an email and SMS for the same. Both email and SMS will have a link that will direct you to the payment page, where you can make the payment for your order. Or Log in to your ShopClues account and go to My Account for making the payment anytime till the delivery of your order. You also get a notification on your ShopClues Homepage, if signed in. To make the payment, just click on the notification and it will direct you to the payment page.
  • Q- What if I want to pay through cash? Paying through eCOD is optional. You can always pay by cash.
  • Q- I have made the payment but it is not updated with the Courier? What should I do? If the payment of your order is not updated with the courier person, then he will confirm with our courier partners to get an update on your order payment. If the problem still persists, then you can also send him the confirmation message from your payment confirmation page.
  • Q- My order transaction failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank account. What should I do? Payment can fail due to technical glitch or incorrect payment credentials. If the amount has been deducted from your account with no confirmation, then wait for 24-hours. It will automatically be confirmed by our system & a confirmation will be sent to you through email and SMS. However, if it’s still not confirmed then please contact our customer support at email@shopclues.com.

    Please be rest assured that your amount will be refunded to you in case of failed order transaction.
