Chhole-Puri are relished by Punjabis and Guajaratis and now the whole globe. It is one of the favorite party menus for all age of people. Hathi Chhole Masala has special aroma as we make it from authentic method using most pure farm spices.
Here we go with the delicious Chhole Recipe:
1) Cook over night soaked chick peas, Hathi Coriander Powder and keep them aside.
2) Fry chopped onions till it turns to light brown color. Now add Two table spoon of Hathi Chhole Masala along with chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
3) Now add grated ginger, green chili and salt to taste. Add little water to the cooking mixture and allow it to cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
4) Now add chick peas to this gravy, add water if needed and cook with closed lid for 10 minutes on low flame.
