    1 Product physically is in a good condition2 There are two problems with the product - Mobile temperature is always moderately high, which cause problem while talking. Secondly charing point is not precise in its build which makes it difficult to insert and remove charger pin.2 Even after confirmed by ShopClues executive on phone before buying the product- Ear phones are not delivered within the box.
