Have applied for the return. Ticket has been raised but no one responding from Shopclues. The Zippers are poor quality. I want a more sturdy and best quality net

Worst product and even more worse service from Shopclues. I ordered this during the lockdown as there were too many mosquitoes and the product arrived very late, which is understandable given how the current situation is but the product in itself is useless. I am not able to use it as there’s also a net at the base, am I suppose to sleep on the net too? None of this is shown in the pictures where the product is sold.. The folding alone is a nightmare and I say this because this is not the first time I have used foldable mosquito net. And there’s no way to contact customer service either my phone or through chat or email. There was no option to return it online and I had raise a ticket thrice in the last 10days since I received the useless product. No response, calls, email or any update for the 3 complaint raise. Just pathetic!!!!! A complete waste of time and money ( paid a whopping 1200 for a product that is NOT USABLE and no response receive in spite of 3 tickes raised. Never ordering again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to buy anything from Shopclues.
