Payment

Payment should be made within 2 working days of placing the order. Please mail us for any queries regarding the product before making the order. Orders cannot be cancelled after payments are made. Orders will be dispatched within 7 working days of getting confirmed payment.

Returns

Returns accepted only in case of genuine reasons. In case of damage in transit, returns are accepted only if it is mentioned in the courier POD. Please check the parcel before accepting the delivery. Inform us immediately of any discrepancy. Any other defects as such should be communicated immediately on receipt of the product. Complaints will not be entertained on a later date. Please mail us in case of any queries.

Delivery

All orders are dispatched by us through Overnite Express courier. We send products on Door Delivery basis. In case of courier staff asking to collect from their office, please inform us immediately through email or phone. We will organize for Door Delivery. In case you collect the parcel from their office, we will not be able to compensate any charges incurred.
