FAQ: 

Q. Can't connect the main machine

A. The mobile phone signal won’t be enabled until the SIM card is inserted, so you just need reboot the machine. 

In addition, if your mobile phone is not in the service area, there is no signal. 


Q. Why TF card can't make storage? 

A. Check to see whether TF memory card is wrong, if there is no error about TF card, format TF card, then retry.


Q. Can’t be charged? 

A: To charge, GSM card must be inserted, otherwise, charging can’t be done. 


Q. What is the master control mobile phone? 

A: It is the mobile phone which should be used to monitor burglar alarm. 


Q. Why not receive MMS photo and video? 

A. First of all, make sure that the burglar alarm SIM card has no overdue bill, or master mobile phone has MMS code of the country, the MMS code should be set.
