Black salt /Rock salt/Kala namak 

Cumin seeds(Jeera) 

Cloves(Launga)

Ferula asafoetida(Heeng) 

Bay leaves(Tejpan)

Natmeg(Jaiphal) 

Saffron(kesar) 

Black pepper(kaali Mirch)

Black cumin(Benium persicum)Shaha jeera 

Harada(Myrobalan chebulic)

Ochrocarpus longifolius,Nag kesar 

Carom seeds (Ajwain) 

Black cardamom(Badi Elaichi)

Green cardamom (Chhoti Elaichi) 

Dried Ginger Powder(Saunth) gram

Piper longum(Peepla mool)

Long pepper(Lendi peepal)) - 

Cinnamon(Dal Cheeni) 

Foeniculum vulgare(Saunf) 

Myristica fragrance (Javatri) 

Salt -

Instructions-

1)Grind all above spices except salt  well and make a homogenous mixture.

2) Now add the salt and mix well.

3)Enjoy this with other preparations like fruit chaat,vegetable salad ,roti , parantha or poori.
