SR Publications SLST MCQ History Exclusive authored by Rajiv Sarkar:- Special Features of the Book: 1.With this book under the banner of SR Publications we have tried to achieve couple of things: a)The standard of MCQ's that are provided in the book are based on intensive research and keeping in mind the changing pattern of questions.The questions are not straightforward barring a few but exhaustive and at advanced level. b)The set of questions are divided into 3 parts-Basic;Medium and Advanced ;We have given more importance to advanced questions rather than listing direct questions a.k.a. Basic.(But we do cover them with emphasis on the ones that are really important from exams perspective) 2.The advanced questions are around 1500+.If one gets to know the answers of these questions and are able to solve them ,he/she will be better prepared to handle the question paper in exam hall.As per our research,standard of questions that are to be asked in the exam will be based more on concepts rather than asking direct questions like (when did chauru chara incident happened).The book also have basic questions but we have tried to avoid them and listed only few .We have tried to provide these concepts in the theory section where we discuss the basic concepts .Again we beleive there is no point in increasing the size of the book with bogus questions .Our motto"Readers Delight" and we donot want to jeopardize that:) 3.The book has been divided into four modules namely-Ancient History;Medieval History ;Modern History and World History.Each module begins with an explanation of the basic concepts that are important for SLST exam.We have tried to avoid topics that are useless/not needed for SLST as here in SR we believe its not possible for a student to remember everything but rather focus on such topics which would fetch more marks. 4.The book will be a perfect guide to test your preparations and boost your knowledge particularly for SLST History 5.Last but not the least Mr Rajiv Sarkar with all his experience and knowledge he has gained over the last 15 years teaching SLST students has done an awesome job with this book.Thanks for coming out with such a book for our students .
