Directions of use:

To use, unscrew the metal striker rod and strike against the long flint rod installed on the side of the case. The metal rod's wick catches fire, and ignites like a match. 

Note: Due to shipping regulation, all lighters are almost empty (comes with a little initial fuel), so you may need to install fuel before the actual lighting.

Once the flame become weaker, you need to add a little lighter fluid to the canister (the lighter fluid can be gas, kerosene or lighter fuel (e.g. Zippo), and none of them is included in the package).
