Brown Rice is oder to improve the nutritional status of persons who subsist almost entirely on rice, it is necessary to have varieties which contain a well-balanced complement of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. It is not easy to supplement the whole rice grain with adequate quantites of proteins. However, the protein content of rice flour can be increased and flour preparations containing as much as 26% protein have been obtained Such protein-rich flour can be used as substitute for milk in feeding children over one year old.

DIRECTION FOR USE: This flour has a mildly sweet and nutty flavor. It can be used in regular Indian recipes or in gluten free baking recipes as a substitute for wheat flour (7/8 cup Zero-G Brown Rice Flour=1 cup wheat flour)
