2 Mukhi Rudraksha

Dwi mukhi rudraksha is the symbol of Ardhanareeshwara, the united form of Shiv and Shakti. One of the main forms of Lord Shiva is Ardhanarishwar half Shiva and Half Shakti. The power or energy of Shiva is Parvati. Shiva's first wife was Sati and second wife is Parvati. Both are the forms of Adi Shakti. They are also known by many other names, such as Uma, Gauri, Kali, Annapurna, Shakti etc. The ardhanareeshawara form of Lord Shiv is the yoga/unity of part to the source and represents that there is no duality it's all one – he is beyond Prakriti and Purusha – he is Ardhanareeshwara. He is surrounded by ghosta, chandals, pretas or the evil and negative energy forms – he embraces beauty of Parvati and the serene Himalayas. It means he is the pure, changeless, attribute less, transcendental consciousness and He is also the one who is Shav without Shakti. Who is neither light nor darkness, form nor energy, neither sound nor matter. Siva alone exists - He is timeless, spaceless, birthless, deathless, and decayless. He is beyond the pairs of opposites or duality. The Jivas and the world originate from Him, exist in Him, are sustained and rejected by Him and are ultimately merged in Him.
