    Good product - Connect only products which you want to cut off, when not being used ( instead of ejecting the USB powered articles ) Examples include, 3G USB modem, pen drives, external usb powered hard disks, and disk drives, which need to be either cut off or ejected as the same articles would generate heat within themselves, thereby shortening the life of the product or causing avoidable repairs/replacement. It is advisable to " SWITCH off the usb powered articles like 3G USB modem before shutting down the computer, as the same ( 3G modem ) is not being sensed, after restart. TIP: To overcome this, switch off the USB modem and then switch it on. The 3G modem then starts up.
