    on the website,a gym bag and a pair of gym gloves were included in the package,but were missing when i received my shipment.there was also no user manual/instruction sheet for assembling the product.very disappointing.rather,i feel cheated

    Worst and if there is any word which is worst than the worst , this is that product. Rusted from inside just polished so that it look new. Once you buy it, you realize that it's useless but it's too late because the return will not be processed untill 4 months and this thing will get old by then and you'll not get a refund. Worst experience ever. Had a bad experience earlier and did not buy anything from shopclues for years and buying this thing was a mistake again. Won't repeat it. I'm deleting my account and won't buy anything from shopclues ever again.
