The ab wheel is one of the most popular and affordable abs exercise equipment in the world.

Ab Wheel Exercise

The Ab Wheel has really one fundamental exercise which is easy to perform.

Starting positon

You begin on your knees holding each of the grip handles with one hand.  

Movement

You then roll the wheel forward away from your knees and slowly lower your upper body to the floor while extending your arms over your head. Your knees never leave the floor and you roll the wheel away from you until your upper body is just shy of touching the floor. You return to the starting position by contracting your abs muscles and arching your back.
