Q:How can I update the firmware and app?

A: Please upgrade your dongle firmware to the latest through Setting/Upgrade.

For apps update, please tap "update" icon in your apps and it will guide you to update your apps.

Q:Why sometimes devices could not connect to AnyCast dongle?

A: If you have connected before, please forget the previous connection in your devices's WiFi manager and connect again.

Q:How to setup AnyCast dongle?

A: Please plug in AnyCast dongle HDMI to the HDMI port of your TV/Projector. Then connect the USB connector to power adaptor or USB port of TV.

Then switch your TV input source to this HDMI port. Please refer to Here for setup introduction.

Q:How to start AnyCast connection?

A: Connect your device to AnyCast SSID first. Then launch AnyCast app to search for dongles.

Q:Why my dongle hangs display or crashes all the time when video streaming?

A: This issue mostly comes from insufficient power. Please check USB connection or try to connect USB to power adaptor instead of USB port of TV.

Some USB power supply of TV port is insufficient.

Q:Why connect smartphone to AnyCast dongle instead of connecting them all to home router?

A: Direct link between smartphone and AnyCast dongle provides better local streaming performance because the dongle is always in the eyesight range.

The performance through router is unpredictable according to how far the router is.

Q:Why my smartphone cannot connect to AnyCast SSID?

A: For Android users, please check the Wifi Setting/Advance Setting of your smartphone. If you turn on "Automatic Switch" of mobile data and wifi data,

please turn it OFF. First connection to AnyCast SSID without internet connection could auto-switch your mode to 3G/4G and cut down Wifi connection.
