2) If the item has any manufacturing defect then it must be returned within 7 days in Original packing without using. 

3) For item under seller warranty, the product has to be sent back to the seller during warranty period at the cost of the buyer.

4) For items under manufacturer warranty, the product has to be taken to the respective service centre.

5) During warranty, the warranty will be void under the following situations - If the product or accessories undergoes any form of physical, Liquid or electrical damage. - If the product is opened outside or tampered with. - If the product is rooted/unofficial software is installed

6) For any software minor issues no replacement will be given.

7) For any hardware issue, the problem will be rectified and in case unable to rectify only then replacement will be offered.
