Terms and Conditions: 

1) Once the Item received, please confirm the item receipt.

2) If the item has any manufacturing defect then it must be returned within 7 days in Original packing without using.

 3) For item under seller warranty, the product has to be sent back to the seller during warranty period at the cost of the buyer. 

4) For items under manufacturer warranty, the product has to be taken to the respective service centre, if they denied warranty please reach us.

5) During warranty, the warranty will be void under the following situations 

- If Item received under damage condition, kindly contact shopclues with 24 hours and raise claim & upload clear images in mail

- If the product or accessories undergoes any form of physical, Liquid or electrical damage.

 - If the product is opened outside or tampered with. 

- If the product is rooted/unofficial software is installed 

6) For any software minor issues no replacement will be given. 

7) For any hardware issue, the problem will be rectified and in case unable to rectify only then replacement will be offered. 

8) When sending Android, Blackberry & iOS phones for service, please remove your credentials (like password/pattern/PIN/Finger print/iCloud id/Blackberry id) & send to us for service.

Preinstalled sim card will be there in the product and no sim pin available inside box.
