    weights r as mentioned nd all material r also in package but the thing is that ##1## the weight plates r made up of PVC filled with sand nd cement inside it though it is of good quality one another thing is ##2## the rods r so thin that not give you the professional effect ##3## bench quality is good for beginners nd normal person nd beginners but not for professionals finally conclusion is that if u want a low budget gym startup nd u r beginner then it's a perfect choice for u in the price range of 4k ?...
