Brinjal (Eggplant) Seeds: This the long, purple, and fleshly variety and the most commonly available one too. The skin of the fruit is very rich in anti-oxidants phenolic flavonoid phytochemicals called anthocyanins. HOW TO SOW: Soil should be mixed with well rotten Cow dung. Sow seeds in rows at distance of 1.5 feet between row to row and 1 feet between plant to plant. Water it immediately and then water as per requirement. Harvest after 90 - 100 days.
