RETURNS

+ We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are experiencing a problem with your product, Please contact us so that we can help. 

+ We do accept returns within 10-days of receiving the product from date of product received. The product should be in the condition in which it was purchased and any sign of usage will not be accepted. 

+ Any improper use, miss-handling or any damage, missing parts and accessories will be sent back to buyer and no refund/replacement will be provided.

+ Buyer is responsible for all return postage and shipping charge.

+ In case the item is out of stock, your entire amount will be refunded via the same method as used to make the payment or time extension will be requested.

SHIPPING

+ Octroi Charges, if any, is to be paid by buyer as it is charged by the government.

+ Order placed with us will be shipped within 1-3 days of receiving cleared payment and will be delivered in 1-4 days depending upon your location.

+ If for any reason we are unable to ship the product within 5 days of payment, we will issue a full refund paid by you. 

+ We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & public holidays.

+ Please check package before accepting it from courier guy if the package is tampered, product is broken or missing, please refuse to accept the package. Any claim of non receipt of product in the package will not be entertained if the product is accepted without checking.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

When check out, please ensure your 'ship to' address in accurate. Change of address requests after payment IS NOT POSSIBLE!
