1. Kindly make sure to inspect the packet condition before accepting the item from courier company/delivery person and signing their receipt.
2. In case of any signs of Damage or tamperin of the packet, please do not accept the package Or Open the package in front of courier person and mention package condition on the receipt/ run sheet.

4. In case the item is out of stock, your entire amount will be refunded via the same method as used to make the payment or time extension will be requested.

- Any physical or water damage will not be covered under the warranty

- In-case of any manufacturing defect, the customer has to report the problem within 48 hours of delivery for the replacement. Any issue reported post 48 hours will only be repaired and not be replaced.
