Description

This device works on the priciple of IR sensors. Fires contains large amount of Infra Red (IR) signals. In case the fire is detected, the buzzer beeps and led gets turned on. The resistance of IR sensors decreases, as the IR rays fall on them. It is clear from the given circuit diagram that if the resistance of IR sensor decreases, the voltage V3 will increase as it forms an resistance devider network. Hence as soon as the fire is detected, the v3 increases and hence the transistor gets turned on and buzzer , led also get turned on.
