    Please note that we have bought the above item from you on 18.11.2015 and made payment through my SBI debit card on the same day. Today we are in receipt of the item through Professional Courier. Unfortunately, the Rod portion connecting to the mop is missing (I mean the centre part - Rod). It would be appreciated very much if you could check at your end and arrange to send me the missing centre part of the rod connecting to the mop, it will be very kind or you. In case if you are not in a position to send me the missing portion of the rod, we will return to you the entire package. Also please advise whether we can hand over the package to Professional Courier and they will make arragement to send it to you back without any charges for us
