    no air vent.. I can understand that. but where's the on off switch that was advertised. definitely Not the one that I had ordered. and why have you sent extra pieces of glue sticks.. was that a compliment or what.....i got loads of them already. surface of the product is not okay. it's weak plastic.. screws are not in their place.packing was so bad.....totally disappointed...... one star is too much for it
