Red sorrel leaves are called as gongura or puntikura in telugu, pulicha keerai in tamil, punde pale in kannada and ambaadi in Marati, pitwaa in Hindi.best served with Idli,All types of Dosas,pulkas ,Chapathi,White Rice-Ghee, Dal rice,Curd Rice etc.,

Andhra is famous for two pickles. 1.Mango(Avakaya), 2.Gongura Pickle. Kongaras brings vintage Gongura Pickle whose recipe is as old as rocks..

Usage- 1 Spoon per serve
