    The worst shopping experience so far. To start with , the product was shipped to Bangalore where as shipping address is Kurnool(AP). When I tried to contact customer care team, their team is so busy it seems that they cant address my problem within two months. Everytime I tried to contact, I get the same repeated reply that I should have patience and wait till they find out the problem. Now after 2 months the customer care team is telling me that it has already been delivered. Where as the courier site is clearly showing that the item is delivered in Bangalore. I dont understand whether why the cc team want to overlook this simple thing that the item is shipped to Bangalore which is not my place. This is nothing but cheating the customer. I've heard of sending stones in courier packages but now this is a new type of fraud which is being done collectively both by the shopclues team and the seller.
