EASY TO USE - Remove the lid from teapot. Add desired quantity of tea leaves into the infuser. Pour recently boiled water into the teapot through the teapot infuser over the tea leaves to a level just below the spout. Fill below the brim. Allow tea leaves to steep as per taste and pour the tea. You can also remove the infuser and lid and pour the tea to avoid over steeping.
