Suggested Use:  

Mix 1 scoop with 200 ml (4-6 oz.) of normal water or skim milk in a glass or gym shaker, It is better If mixed in a blender for smoother consistency. Use between major meals and before and after exercise. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
