FAQs
Q: My security card isn’t blocked when it’s in the wallet. Does this mean the wallet is defective?
A: Our wallets block RFID signals in a frequency range of 125 KHz to 13.56 MHz. If your card works while in the wallet it just means that the card was manufactured on a different frequency, however, we have ensured that all financial cards are within the frequency that our wallets block so these cards will always be protected.

- Leather Care Instructions
The leather can be softly cleaned with a little lukewarm water and if needed, a mild soap. Avoid contact with makeup, food or any oils-these can stain. All liquid stains should be dealt with quickly and blotted gently with a clean, dry cloth. Direct contact with water should be avoided. If the leather does become wet, wipe away excess water and then leave to dry naturally at room temperature.
- Warranty Information
- The wallet is limited six(6) months warranty covers against defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase. A copy of the receipt or invoice is required for proof of purchase.
- Warranty service type
- Customer needs to send the product along with receipt or invoice to the brand service centre or seller address. The product will be rectified and send back to the customer. Allow up to 4 to 6 days from the date we receive your package for your wallet to go through the repair process. For all warranty related services, a fee of INR 120 (For domestic) and USD $6.5 (For International) for return shipping and handling will apply.
- Warranty Void
- this warranty is void if the leather product has been damaged by accident, misuse, fire, negligence, any repairs made by a person not authorised by POLLSTAR to perform such repairs (unauthorized service) or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or if a valid receipt is not included. For all warranty related services. At this time, POLLSTAR will not repair damaged leather products. We will replace them if the conditions of this warranty are met.
