We've designed this product to help protect your credit and debit cards embedded with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) chips. This helps prevent unwarranted scanning of the chip while the card is in your product. We have installed a special lining to help shield the RFID chips on credit and debit cards from being scanned when the product is properly closed. The manufacturer and distributor of this product disclaim liability arising out of your use of the product, including liability from unauthorized persons scanning any RFID chip contained in the product.
This wallet shields RFID frequencies ranging from 10MHz to 3,000MHz. This RFID lining might not be able to shield against some cards that operate at low frequencies of 125 kHz like hotel key cards, employee ID Badges, and transit passes etc.
FAQs
Q: My security card isn’t blocked when it’s in the wallet. Does this mean the wallet is defective?
A: Our wallets block RFID signals in a frequency range of 125 KHz to 13.56 MHz. If your card works while in the wallet it just means that the card was manufactured on a different frequency, however, we have ensured that all financial cards are within the frequency that our wallets block so these cards will always be protected.

• Apply some cleaning solution to the soft cloth.You can use a store-bought leather wallet cleaner, which often comes in a kit. You can also make your own by mixing a few drops of a mild soap (such as unscented dishwashing soap or baby soap) with distilled water.

Cleaning a leather purse isn't as hard as it may seem. Basic cleaning methods are easy, can be done at home, and can prevent challenging stains. Read the following tips to learn how to give a leather purse a basic cleaning.
• Wipe the stained area again with the soft cloth until the stain is gone. Try to keep your stroking motions in line with the leather's grain. This will help protect the integrity of the leather.

• Consider buffing the leather with a dry cloth. This will help restore the texture and shine to the wallet.
• Warranty Information
• The wallet is limited six(6) months warranty covers against defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase. A copy of the receipt or invoice is required for proof of purchase.
• Warranty Service Type
• Customer needs to send the product along with receipt or invoice to the brand service centre or seller address. The product will be rectified and send back to the customer. Allow up to 4 to 6 days from the date we receive your package for your wallet to go through the repair process. For all warranty related services, a fee of INR 120 (For domestic) and USD $6.5 (For International) for return shipping and handling will apply.
• Warranty Void
• warranty is void if the leather product has been damaged by accident, misuse, fire, negligence, any repairs made by a person not authorised by POLLSTAR to perform such repairs (unauthorized service) or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or if a valid receipt is not included. For all warranty related services. At this time, POLLSTAR will not repair damaged leather products. We will replace them if the conditions of this warranty are met.
