Polyfix Cyanoacrylate Glue for Acrylic Sheets (Non Blooming Adhesive)

 

PolyfixCA Glue (Acrylic Grade) is Non-Blooming low viscosity grade is best suitable for applications where white marks are to be avoided. Ordinarily available CA glue’s general problem is that it releases white fumes while being used. This creates a rainbow or whitish haze around the bond line. Blooming has no negative effect on the strength & durability of the bond but the marks are unappealing. Polyfix acrylic grade super glue is ideal for the applications where clean & marks-free result is required. We also have high viscosity glue along with glue activator for products where there are gaps. After applying glue along with spray, Instant bonding is attained and no white marks are left behind.

 Suitable for

Acrylic cosmetic boxes, acrylic trophies, showpieces, mobile covers etc.

Used For 

·        Ideal for applications where flawless/ without marks work is required.

·        A wide variety usage to bond hard wood, stones, ceramic, metal, plastic rubber etc

·        Fastens bond in mere seconds. Perfect for high production areas, where time is a valuable factor.

Instruction to use 

·        Do not use in areas with vibration/ pressure group, as it sets very quickly

·        Not to be used in big area. It can only be applied with nozzles or dispensers. Brush/ wipers cannot be used

·        Wear Gloves while using

·        Store in cool & dry place
