Totally cheated. The sent product was only a mic (of cheap quality), no receiver. This is clear fraud. Incidentally, the delivery was late by one day and I was unable to open the pack due to some medical emergency in my family followed by isolation. Once I found the discrepancy, I have requested shopclues to arrange delivery of the product that I have ordered. But the customer care deliberately spoiled my time twice by asking me to send the photographs etc. and ultimately saying that the time of return is over. If the time to return is over, then what was the need to ask me for the pictures of the received product? I felt the customer care is useless or connected with promotion of such fraudulent sellers. Stay away from such sellers.
