Wear them to work. Get up in the morning and put on your weights straps. Go about the rest of your daily activities as normal. Pay attention to how your arms and shoulders feel at the end of the day.

Go for a run. Wear your ankle weights for sprinting drills or just while jogging or running. You can also wear them while going for a leisurely walk.

Strap your wrist weights on when you are doing jump rope. This will increase the intensity on your shoulders, core, upper back and arms/ thigh,calf and hips If you wear them on ankles

Do power jumps. In this situation, wear the weights and then just simulate the rope jumping motion. This works out well if you are confined to a room with a low ceiling.

Take a class. Go to an aerobics class and strap weights on. This will especially well in kickboxing or any class where your arms are repetitively moving.
