Each pack contains Net wt.20 grams of 100% freeze dried indian food. This indian thali contains total 5 food items. You get 2 indian sabzi (Pavbhaji & Paneer Bhurji) 1 indian sweet (Mung dal shiro/halwa) 1 punjabi dal fry & 1 jeera rice. Vacuum freeze drying process removes water from the food and rehydrates immediately when you want to eat again. You get 100% natural & quality home cooked food. No additives or preservatives are used to store these products for long time. No additional colors or flavors are used in the process. Our products are ready to eat, food on the go, emergency food and can be used as convenience snacks too.

Rehydrate weights (after adding hot water) of each items are - Pavbhaji (95 gm), Paneer bhurji (70 gm), Mung dal shiro (60 gm), Dal fry (110 gm) & Jeera rice (70 gm).
