    Sameer appliance ltd. is very bad merchant . its sending damaged product to customer. when we complaint for our product in warranty then they said we can not provide any customer service. they are sending damaged product to customer & my suggestion to other customers do not waste their money on sameer appliance product. their quality is zero. Don't waste your money on sammer appliance product. we have received damaged product.We are really suffering from this product. Regards, Ankush Bhatia

    The Blade of the Fan found in broken condition which could not made me in a position to install the same to check the efficiency of the same. It is pertinent to mention that I am a regular customer of shopclues but the response from your side find not so satisfactory. A chimney was ordered long back in April, 2015 and the delivery is still awaited. The payment for the Chimney was made through Credit Card at the time of placing of order. Many a requests were made to do the needful in the matter but all in vein. Please try to understand the sentiments of the customers as your business is depend upon the smart service, which is lacking on your part.
