Terms & Conditions

Delivery:

1. We cannot commit sharp/exact time for delivery. Order will be delivered between 10am to 9pm as per the specified time duration mention below

     Slot 1 = 9am-12am

     Slot 2 = 12pm--3pm

     Slot 3 = 3pm - 6pm

     Slot 4 = 6pm - 9pm

     You are requested to mention slot number also in Date of Delivery field during posting order.

2. We required atleast one day advance order.

3. We deliver on Sundays also.

4. The above product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities.

5. No deliveries would be done on National Holidays. The delivery of the same would be done on the next working Day.

6. We would attempt delivery of the items once. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order.

7. Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered..

8. The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability. Accessories shown may not be the part of the product.

9. Correct and elaborate Address (landmark) and contact number is must of the recipient for placing the order.

10. In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date and time.

11.Once the order given, it will not be canceled.

12.Being perishable in nature, neither GIFTMART nor our enabling partner will be able to accept any returns of such items.
