CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Do not overheat the kadhai when there is no food in it. Prolonged dry heating causes heat tints. Wash with mild soapy water and soft sponge. Do not use steel wool to clean the kadhai. After use, do not put the heated pan in cold tap water. Wait for it to cool down before pouring water in it. After wash, dry the kadhai completely before storing. White cloudy stains are a result of mineral deposits in the tap water and do not hamper the functioning of the kadhai.
