Provide a payment (cash/credit/debit) for the desired card number denomination to the store - the updated balance will reflect in your card in 1 working day with a notification SMS/Email being sent to the registered mobile/email id. The balance loaded onto your ZCard is non-refundable may not be exchanged for cash or credit balance. One ZCard cannot be reloaded by using any other ZCard. The card validity will be extended for a period of one year from the date of reload of the card every time the card is reloaded. Terms Conditions for Zaffran Gift Card ('ZCard') 1. You agree to be bound by these terms conditions by purchasing, activating, using or attempting to use the Card or making transaction enquiries or exercising any right to redeem the value loaded on the Card. If you are giving the Card to another person, you should ensure that they are aware of the terms conditions that apply to the Card. 2. The card is a closed loop Prepaid card that can be used after activation at select Zaffran outlets. 3. The Card cannot be used to make transactions that exceed the available balance. For such a transaction you will need to pay the difference by another method if the outlet agrees. 4. This is a reloadable card. The standard validity of the card is 1 year from the date of issue of the card. In the event the card is not reloaded within the validity period the card will expire at the end of its validity period. 5. The entire card balance in the Zcard will have to be used to settle the invoiced amount atZaffran. In case the balance on your card is insufficient then you can pay the balance amount through credit/debit/cash or other means at the outlet 6. The Zcard can be used only once in a day to avail free ice-creams, discounts offers. 7. Depending on the transaction count, a discount of 15% or 20% towards the settlement of the invoice will be eligible only on the amount paid using the Zcard. 8. Any additional amount required to settle the invoice after deducting the ZCard balance, will not be eligible for discount. 9. At expiry, the remaining available balance will be forfeited. We will provide 30 days' notice before this happens by SMS. Kindly ensure that the contact information is kept up to date. 10. You are responsible for all transactions on the Card. If you notice any error relating to the Card, you should notify us at 1860 500 3748 or at team@zaggle.in . 11. If you have a problem with a purchase made with the Card, or a dispute with a outlet, you must deal directly with the outlet involved. If you cannot resolve the dispute with the outlet, you can contact us at 1860 500 3748 or at team@zaggle.in . 12. Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Pvt Ltd. (Zaggle)and / or Zaffran reserves the right to place a stop on your Card if: a) You report that your Card has been lost, stolen or damaged; or b) Zaggle believes (or reasonably suspects) that the Card has been used (or will be used) contrary to these terms conditions. 13. Zaggle may issue a replacement Card to the Cardholder against such lost, stolen or damaged Card, upon a request being made by you, in this regard at our sole discretion. A fee of Rs.100 plus any applicable taxes. 14. Any refunds on Card transactions are subject to the policy of the specific outlet. Refunds may be in the form of a credit to the Card. If the Card expires or is revoked before you have spent any funds resulting from a refund (whether or not the original transaction being refunded was made using the Card) then you will have no access to those funds. 15. You are responsible for checking your transaction history online knowing your available balance. You can check your balance on the website www.zaggle.in or by calling Zaggle on 1860 500 3748. 16. Information will be disclosed to third parties about the Card, or transactions made with the Card, whenever allowed by law, required by law also where necessary to operate the Card process transactions. 18. Notwithstanding anything contained herein above, the user hereby accepts confirms that as a pre-condition to the use of the Card, the user hereby agrees gives consent to the disclosure by Zaggle of all or any such: (i) Information data relating to the Card / user; (ii) Information or data relating to any of the terms of this Agreement; (iii) Default, committed by the user in discharge of the obligation contained herein; as Zaggle or Zaffran may deem appropriate necessary. 19. You hereby agree to indemnify keep Zaffran Zaggle. Indemnified from against all actions, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, personal injury, costs, charges expenses whatsoever which Zaggle may at any time incur, sustain, suffer in respect of your use of Card or otherwise. Unless, expressly provided herein, Zaggle Zaffran disclaims any liability to you in this regard. 20. Zaffran Zaggle reserves the right to change these terms conditions all fees charges related to the Card at any time at its sole discretion. The same shall be updated on the Zaggle website, www.zaggle.in. All fees charges related to the Card will be recovered by a debit to the Card or through other means as available applicable. 21. These terms conditions will be governed by be construed to in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
