Clearex 250 PSI Air Compressor For Cars And Bikes Tyres

I had ordered for a Clearex 250 PSI Air Compressor For Cars And Bikes Tyres against a payment of Rs. 1275/. On 12th May '20, I received a packet delivered. On opening I found that the delivery has been done for a different item which is inferior quality, cheap item (Rs. 670/ in other sites) which does not even work. On the same day within few hours of delivery, I placed request for a return of that item with refund. Against my request, I received many emails on till date with the same reply that they have closed my return request because of lock-down. Every time customer care sends me new email, so that there is no trace of trail email. Till date on 25th May, the item is not picked up. It's absolutely cheating. I have sent the pictures also of the item ordered and the item delivered. But no positive reply. Shopclues do not look bother for their quality service and they deal with such merchants, who delivers defective & inferior item than the actual product shown on website. I ordered from this site for the first time and experienced worst. I have checked with at-least 40-50 people & found similar kind of negative feedback. Shared my experienced with them too. There are many other reliable service oriented sites to order from. Overall, I am very annoyed with the deal.
