Certificate is provided considering below declaration, I hereby confirm that:
Maximum Cumulative Sum Insured allowed for single person cannot be greater than 2,00,000 under multiple policies
Neither me nor my any family member or close associate is suffering from Covid 19 or quarantined/I or we have not met any Covid affected person in last 15 days
I am not living with and sharing the same address as that of person(s) who is/were Diagnosed with COVID-19 or Quarantined
Have Not traveled to international destination in 45 day immediately preceding the Certificate Period Start Date
All Standard terms and conditions of product are applicable
Product once delivered cannot be replaced or refunded except in the cases where the customer receives a damaged or a defective product.
In case of damaged product, the customer has to notify Shopclues within 48 hours from the date of delivery to be eligible for replacement.
In case of a defective product, depending on the nature of defect, the product will be either eligible for replacement or repair.
In case of repair, depending on the location, either the service engineer will visit the customer at his address or the product will be picked up from the address for offsite repair. In case of onsite repair, the service engineer will visit within 48 hours (72 hours for remote locations) and in case of offsite repair, the product will be picked up from the customer within 48 hours (72 hours for remote locations).
In case of product repair or replacements, the process would be completed within 15 days from the date of complaint. Exceptions to be considered if specific parts or product models not available.
All product related issues will be dealt by the Shopclues Authorised third party Service Provider for the warranty duration as mentioned on the product page.
No replacement/repair can be done if following conditions are not met,
Name/Image/Brand logo/model number and MRP label of the product should match with the order details
All in-the-box accessories should be present
The product’s original packaging box should be intact
Copy of invoice should be available
Warranty will be void under the following conditions,
If the product undergoes any form of physical, liquid or electrical damage
If the product has been used for commercial purposes
Third Party Warranty on Imported Television will be provided by WideCare
On completing purchase of an Imported Television, the customer will receive mail with login credentials on their designated e-mail ID by WideCare system
