    Once you place the order, you will receive an order ID.

    Please email us this order ID along with your required name to citycentral.blr@gmail.com.
 Make sure to send names only upto 8 letters. Increase in letters make the keychain lenghtier and results in damaging and hence, we don't take >8 letters.
    We will then confirm your order by replying to your email within 12-24 hours.

    This key chain is not a product of automated laser cutting machine which yields lack of perfection.

    We take an average of 3-4 days to create this  custom premium quality key chain and ship on or before 5th Day of order placement.
