    i have not received warranty card with play station which is necessary for claim the warranty .i have contact with shopclues and merchant by telephonic on same day of product receiving but not found any solution so provide me warranty card as soon as posible or sure me part is genuine or not by sony india

    1. My PS4 is not an indian subcontinent product 2. PS4 seal was broken 3. very poor Packaging 4. price was very cheap compared to others. 5. I doubt the warranty of this product.

    ***PLEASE DO NOT BY THIS PRODUCT FORM SHOPCLUES***(before buying this product please go through reviews) I had bought this product from shopclues by looking at less price in month of June 2015 and after 2 months suddenly it stopped working. Shopclues is selling smuggled goods, where you wont get warranty card in box and no serial / model number will be written on invoice bill. Sony service center straight away told me that they can't provide service on this product. Shop clues mentioned all fake details regarding this item on their site, they have not clearly mentioned whether it is a manufacturer or seller warranty. I got fedup by chasing shopclues on this,they don't even bother to reply my email and no one will give you proper solution form customer support team. I have purchased many items from shopclues in past, but now i totally lost the trust on shopclues and i will never entertain anyone for shopping on shopclues. Bcoz of this fake product i lost 3500rs worth game cd which has been struck inside PS4 Note: Sony play station 4 is not repairable, if any problem comes up sonly will directly replace the product.
