    The product that you have sent me is WRONG ! While taking delivery of the 2 floor mats, I had checked the Order no. (80187507) on the packet. It was O.K. and so, I received it. On opening the packet, I discovered that SHOPCLUES has sent me a wrong design of the floor mats -- I did not order floor mats with "WELCOME" printed on them ! Kindly check my order and you will find which floor mat design I had chosen and ordered. Will you kindly organise to take back these wrongly-sent floor mats, and simultaneously, despatch to me the order that I had placed ? Your immediate action in this regard is expected. Already much time has been lost, creating much inconvenience to me. I would appreciate a call from your end on Monday, the 18th of January, 2016. -- ELINA LAHIRI (Cell # 90510-22265).
