• 100% Cashback is in the form of CB⁺ & Upto 1500 CB⁺.
• Redemption limit of CB⁺ is 20% of the order value.
• ShopClues reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace it as a whole or in part, or to withdraw it altogether.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to any contest/campaign/promotion, etc., these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
• All decisions made by ShopClues regarding the operation of CluesBucks⁺ shall be final and binding. No correspondence/grievances will be entertained in this connection. Any disputes arising out of this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the city of Gurugram (India).

• CluesBucks⁺ are loyalty points that are credited to your ShopClues Account when you place order on selected products and categories.
• One CluesBucks⁺ is equivalent to Rs.1
• CluesBucks⁺ available in your account can be redeemed on the Cart page while purchasing from Shopclues. You can also use CluesBucks⁺ to make partial payment of the total order value.
• Redemption limits are applicable on awarded CluesBucks⁺.
• The redeemable amount of CluesBucks⁺ will be visible at the time of checkout.
• CluesBucks⁺ will be credited in your account within 24 hours of the delivery of your order.
• CluesBucks⁺ credited to you will expire within 90 days of issuance.
• Redeemed CluesBucks⁺ will be non-refundable in case of order returns or refusal to accept delivery of the order.
• You can check your CluesBucks⁺ balance in My Accounts -> My CluesBucks section.
• The product price shown on product page is indicative price which is calculated by debiting CluesBucks or CluesBucks⁺ in your account. The final price to be paid will be visible during checkout based on total order amount, applicable promotions and available CluesBucks or CluesBucks⁺ in customer's account.
• CluesBucks⁺ can neither be exchanged for cash nor transferred.
• CluesBucks⁺ are not issued on promoted gold / silver coins & bars, precious jewellery, storage devices and selected products (electronics).
• The usage of a CluesBucks⁺ is subjected to all terms & conditions including ShopClues' policies.
• TDS is applicable to customers whose earned CluesBucks⁺ exceed the limit of Rs.10,000. The credit shall be subject to customer submitting requisite documents, as desired by ShopClues.
• In case of any fraudulent activity by the customer including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, aliasing or violating these Terms & Conditions and the Policies and rules as envisaged on the ShopClues' website, ShopClues reserves the right to withdraw the prize accruable to the customer at its sole discretion.
• The members accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments and modifications hereto.
