Refund conditions For Membranes: 

None of membrane Manufacturer companies give any warranty or guarantee for the product, As we are authorized Resellers we cannot give any warranty on the product.

Please make Note of the Below Points Before Purchasing the Membrane 

(1). We are authorized reseller from  distributors of all manufacturing companies membrane, We  give surety that  these membrane are 100% original from Manufacturer’s  distributor only and all these companies distributors supply to all zone of  India south, east , west & north vendor too, so even if you buy offline they are same.

(2). If you are going to install personally, please check how the membrane is installed earlier & how your flow restrictor was working and pump flow (PSI) was working which is highly required for membrane to work like Flow restrictor, pump , cleaned membrane housing and of drain and drinking water outlet correct connection  and if u have any doubt about that the membrane is genuine or not, we request you please check in market before opening the factory seal pack of the membrane, and even if you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will give you the refund but after the opening factory seal returns will not be accepted.

(3). If your installation will be done any technician or any service center man, then read the following points before placing the order:-

[3.1] In filter there are many reason other then membrane due to water doesn’t comes out from your filter and technician will put the blame on membrane only, and will try to sell his membrane which is same as ours and it will be  150% to 200% more expensive, once you agree to pay, he will fix other faults which were responsible restriction of water flow.

[3.2] Always fix minimum service charges with technician for Servicing of your RO system, and ask him to do the service, with letting him know that you already have membrane and RO part. Once he let you know the exact problem and give you the list of items which is needed to be replaced, that time you let him know that you have the membrane already.

[3.3] If any technician or any service center man say that the membrane is not working and due to this the buyer want to replacement and refund of open factory sealed packed membrane , so there's not replace and refund at any cost, because who define that there is problem of membrane or something other part or the technician & service man want to sell there own item so they doing this, we just help to check myself in my RO checking membrane system that it working or not or Reducing TDS or not , if it's working so we send same membrane to you but sending of membrane from buyer is, charges is borne by buyer only, if its not working, so we refund to you. (If in my system its working  and in buyer system its not working to its not problem of seller , so in this, the seller is not responsible at any case & not refund any amount from seller, its better not to buy this membrane's online , so its better to buy in offline).

We always value our customer and  always will , Offline technician doing good marketing to sell their membrane at higher prices, there are many aspects responsible for water TDS, membrane is just one, if TDS is not coming down kindly get the other parts checked , faulty membrane chance is less than 99.99999%

     (4). We will not entertain any refunds if factory seal of the product is open/broken and product has been used.

(5). Every new membrane is work, it’s not possible that they not taking out water from new membrane or they not reduced the TDS of your water, because they is dry membrane which very shelf life and good life and depend on you that how you used it’s & also depend on filter too which have u already installed it, for better make life of membrane please use your RO system in night and in morning only when the temperature of the water is not above 34 degree and below 2-3 degree & also change the filter on every 3 to 6 month please.

(6). The Membrane will take  5 to 7 days of minimum time to reduce TDS of water , so be patient and let the membrane work , it will bring down TDS your raw water to 6 - 18 % and  other factors depending  on your filters age also .If any product is not working after delivered to you so please inform by email only within 24 hour after delivery of the product & The product can be refund to us for repair / replacement provided it should reach back to seller within 3 days of delivery.
