Description:- , About The Author:- Monika Bansal is Assistant Professor of Business Studies at Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, University of Delhi. She earned her Ph.D. from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi and MBA from GGS Indraprastha University, Delhi. An alumnus of Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi, Dr. Bansal started her academic career at Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi and has been active in research and education for more than seven years. She has been lecturing courses at various colleges like Hindu College, Indraprastha College for Women, and Janki Devi Memorial College at University of Delhi. Her area of research includes Organizational Behaviour and HRM at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She has contributed numerous articles in journals of repute and presented papers in various national and international conferences. She has conducted workshops for Management Development Programmes.
